Biography
Hines Primary Care (HPC) was established in 2022 by Founder and CEO, Charlene Hines. Becoming a Nurse Practitioner has always been a goal for me since I became a Registered Nurse (RN). To be able to assist patients on a higher level, I needed to expand my experience and knowledge in effort to provide a positive patient outcome. I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University.
